Most of the sites with which Business Park Management are associated have management companies that represent the freeholder’s interests and assumes responsibility for maintaining the common parts of the site. Whilst these companies are separate entities with specific responsibilities, significant areas of overlap occur in the normal course of business. Therefore clients of Business Park Management will benefit from this close working relationship.
