Business Park Management will…
1. Invoice and collect rent as it falls due.
2. Produce a quartely Statement of Account which is clear and easy to understand, with rental monies paid direct into a nominated bank account.
3. Produce a Statement of Income as at 31st March each year which is of assistance when preparing Tax Returns.
Tenant Relations
Business Park Management will deal with any tenant enquiries and periodically visit the property to ensure the terms of the lease are adhered to and the client’s interests are protected.
Rent Review
Business Park Management are well placed to conduct negotiations with a tenant to obtain the best terms upon review of rent.
Management Companies
Most of the sites with which Business Park Management are associated have Management Companies that represent the freeholder’s interests and assumes responsibility for maintaining the common parts of the site.
Business Park Management enjoys a close working relationship with these Companies since they are administered from the same offices. Whilst these companies are separate entities with specific responsibilities, significant areas of overlap occur in the normal course of business. Therefore clients of Business Park Management will benefit from this close working relationship.
